Outstanding service and an exceptional team. Being a diamond member, I experienced the full benefits of my membership tier. The lounge exceeded expectations, and the food was exceptional. The highlight was definitely the staff, who ensured a seamless experience and took perfect care of all guests. Now that's what I call a redeeming stay! In contrast to my previous disappointing experience at a certain "Pullman" property in Australia.

I did not feel any privilege being the platinum member, the internet in the room was frustrating, very slow and i had to use my mobile data all the time. The sweet that i received on 1st day was full of ants and i returned it to the hotel right away which they promised to send me fresh ones but throughout my stay, they didnt send it. The apartment side seems very ordinary compared to the hotel. Although it was my 2nd time with Pullman but will not consider it for the next time.

Very enjoyable stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. I will certainly use the hotel again, on my next visit to KL.

I had a good stay at the hotel, room was nice, good breakfast and helpful staff. However, the wifi was sub-par I had several online meetings which were plagued by poor connectivity, and ultimately I bought a local sim-card to use mobile network for online meetings.
