On my wife’s birthday we wanted to get a slide of cake and champagne. My daughter also wanted to get a macaron from the window. We ordered, and the cake and macaron from the window took over 15 mins from when we ordered it. The champagne never arrived until I asked as we had finished the cake. We were told it had ran out. The staff should be trained to tell customers when there isn’t any stock left without them asking 20 minutes later. I asked for the bill and the original staff member never returned. I had to ask someone else. Definitely a terrible experience as we chose to have a nice easy way to finish off the night in the lobby. Unfortunately it was a very sub standard experience

Very poor -as a platinum member i expected more In the room the phone not working , safety box not working , no drinking water available

Your concerns regarding our the welcome amenities, phone, safety box and wifi have been shared with the respective teams, and we will determine how to best move forward in these areas. We provide filtered water in the residences but bottled water is still available on request. The Club lounge does have a child policy that is adhered to by all guests. We do understand your frustration of not being able to take your daughter to the club lounge. The rooms are clean, staffs are generally friendly and helpful. Location is excellent; with convenient access to most of KL central's attractions. Easy to find taxis and hail riding vehicles.

Room service was abit disappointing

I am fairly disappointed when I just arrived that evening. Called the room service 950pm and no one picks up. Operator tried and cannot get any response too. Operator promised to get room service called back but no one called back. First time I seeing such low level of service. In the end, room service received my call at about 10-15mins later.
