Staff was very kind and accommodating to any needs or questions I had, my stay was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and rooms were clean and very close to many shopping areas. When I needed my room changed, the hotel staff handled it right away. I would definitely recommend!

We would stay at an Ibis styles again. We were surprised wth the size of the room, it was spacious. Big bathroom. Although, you have to pay for your own tooth brush + toothpaste and all of that which should be complimentary. Besides that we are very happy with our stay.

Great stay. Loved being right next to Myeong-dong street market as we ate/shopped there most nights. Easy access to train station and other public transport. Highly recommend

It's my third time in this hotel over the last 6 years. The hotel is well located for a first time trip to Seoul, with a limousine bus shuttle for the airport just 5 min away and many subway lines. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and the staff is really helping, and good bed! But : 2 things: This hotel needs renovation work, doesn't fit the ibis style standard anymore. April 2024: There is construction work just in front of the room, my window didn't close properly (even though they tried to fix it) so no sound proof. The construction noises starts at 8 am until 6 pm, very annoying unless you don't plan to spend time in your room during the day. It is an information that should be provided when you book the hotel.

Located in Myeongdong, close to many attractions. The room was excellent, the breakfast OK. If you plan to get to the hotel by taxi make sure that the driver understands which hotel it is. My taxi driver dove me to another Ibis hotel which is 17 min away walking (thanks to the Naver application I could get to the hotel).
