Poor maintenance - Rude Staff

Woke up on two of the mornings with no power. Bathrooms were not clean, mould and dirt in every corner, seen multiple cockroaches in bathroom and in room. At the restaurant, young French staff were extremely rude and argumentative at times. We also asked the front desk to put some fillets of our barramundi we had caught the freezer so that we could travel with it home, however on departure we got told that the freezer door had been left open… not a tough job really. Won’t be staying here again.

I attended an eighth birthday party at the Crocodile Hotel for a long-term resident of Kakadu. then we stayed overnight. I wasn't the first time as I have stayed at the Hotel whilst working with my previous employer.

Glad i Booked into a courtyard, ground floor room with easy assess to the pool. Was very convenient. Restaurant and food for dinner was excellent . Didn't do breakfast as had a scenic flight booked, and wasn't back in time.

My son and I stayed 2 nights. It was just what we needed after "roughing" it on a fishing trip. The Manager - Jacinta was super helpful and full of great tips.

Perfect place to stay as a base to explore Kakadu. Room was very comfortable. Pool was perfect. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Art gallery was amazing. Escarpment restaurant was perfect. 4 nights of trying every plate and we were not disappointed. Cheers to the chef! And a special thank you to Max and the restaurant staff who made our stay so personal and enjoyable!
