Unfortunately I didn't make a connecting flight, but the staff and manager at the ibis Styles Hotel on the night of the 21st April did a great job as I had to stay overnight to catch the morning flight. They were sympathetic and friendly and helped me get sorted out quickly when I arrived at the front desk around 10.30pm. Their friendliness and professionalism helped make a bad evening a little better, and I was very grateful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you to the great staff!

I found the accommodation poor value, the restaurant and bar prices exorbitant and staff disinterested and unwelcoming. On top of this a parking charge! Probably won’t use Ibis again in the UK.

- nice welcome & friendly receptionist - very good experience - room: bathroom pretty dirty with a damage of the toilet flush, very low water pressure, poor window isolation hence pretty loud from the cars passing by, hair on the bed - very poor experience - breakfast: very limited choice on cold cuts, beside this ok - slighty sad experience
