Fantastic end to our Singapore trip! After 4 days in the city we really enjoyed the resort vibes. Douglas in Lebar was very accommodating and attentive. On my birthday he organised a cake which just topped off my whole day. Ella made our room during our stay and her attention to detail was impeccable. We had a very warm welcome and check in from a very polite and professional young man, I can't remember his name but he made quite the impression, making us feel welcome and that our business was appreciated. Location is tranquil, if you want quiet relaxation in a bustling city this is it.

Stayed at the Sofitel for 4 days, the environment here is quite good, many people speak Chinese, very enthusiastic, very convenient, the station is in front of the hotel, it's very convenient to go wherever, there is a swimming pool in the hotel, and there are small fish biting their feet, it's so much fun. Marcus , Peter, Ivy were very enthusiastic and great during the meal.

Nice, relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were served by Alson at Kwee Zeen and his service was impeccable. Gave us a bit of history on the local delicacies we ordered. He was very attentive, ensuring we were comfortable, finding us an indoor dining places, and giving me pillows to ensure i was seated comfortably. The resort itself is a leisurely 10 min walk to the beach. Would recommend dining at one of the many food trucks at Beach station. The spa is a hidden gem. Very tranquil. Pool is nice and warm.

Firstly, I was awarded voucher for hotel stay in Sofitel which indicated I can email to make booking. However, the email was reply was slow and which ended up calling to make the reservation. Calling was faster and my reservation made on the spot. Second, I think also can improve to inform in email that Sentosa entry by car can tell the hotel booking for complimentary entry. It was until when check in, I know that can be done this way. The check in lady’s explanation was not as expected of 5 stars because her English was slightly difficult to understand and never mentioned of my voucher dine in credits, I need to call reception to check. Check out time only got 2 ladies at counter when there is quite a queue. Can consider improving this. Other wise the facilities are good, breakfast with peacock is interesting.
