Good size room with a large and comfortable bed. The linens were soft and clean. Cleaning service was thorough each day. Staff (at reception / at breakfast / in the lounge area / cafe) were all very friendly and attentive. No real waiting times other than at breakfast. Good central location - easy to get around the city.

Room is not in good shape compared to before

I used to stay in the hotel before pandemic also. Noticed there’s some changes to the hotel. The room is not as good compare to before. The room I stayed in has some defects. The shower door is cracked and the shower faucet is broken. I had to put it back together. Seems like the maintenance is not as good as before.

I have unpleasant experience during check in. We came in a group with my customers but the receptionist ask us to check in one by one by Q. I went to so many hotel and normally, they will do group check in for us. Also, the reception desk staff is not not manners. For me, when we travel long day, tire and hungry yet need to face a bad service to check in. THis is definitely a no no for me.

Really enjoyed my stay - loved the service provided by every staff within the hotel, and how clean and comfortable the rooms are. The cleanliness of the the bed is my top priority, so I'm really happy that all the bed sheets and comforter are clean, and pillows are comfortable too.
