The hotel is located next to the port, easy access to downtown. Parking lot is available however lack of management, no reservation for customer we needed to park outside one day as it's full. The hotel needs to work on soundproof, the walls are super thin we're disturbed everyday by others including to housekeeping. Breakfast is served with only few varieties of food. Reception staff are super kind and helpful.

IBIS styles is a reasonable location for exploring the old town of Palermo. The rooms are fine although the beds are very hard and the pillows not very comfortable. But for the money you pay the hotel is good.

Great location, view of waterfront. Close to walking streets with many restaurants, etc. Maybe less than 1Km from Quattro Canti (center of Centro Storio). Everything you need to know or want, they have. Excellent breakfast and all amenities. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Not satisfied at all. Hotel far under IBIS standards. Employees professional. - No welcome drink - No breakfast for early departure (only expresso) - Badly furnished room - No AC - Quality of food for dinner very bad (grilled chicken with bad smell) - No choice for entries ( bad quality of « buffet salad ») - Painting inside the room deteriorated - Room size and furniture not matching with IBIS standards and with my booking —> Hôtel not recommended at all!!!

First room we were assigned was still occupied. Second room we were assigned was a tired, noisy (only one of the two windows was double glazed) and the room was hot and stuffy. When I asked the reception about why I couldn't get cold air out of the air conditioning unit, I was told the system was set for warm air for the whole hotel, so I was out of luck.
