Generally we enjoyed our stay.The pool was wonderful after a long hot day.Food at the restaurant was good ,with friendly service.On the down side,when booking we asked for a ground floor room, because of health reasons. Unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor, which did make thing a little difficult. Other problems were a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom and we were only supplied with 2 tea bags for our stay.

Satyed for one night with family as a stop in while travelling to Coffs harbour. Pool was full of dead flys, and the room smelt really bad. Hotel needs a refurb. Good for overnight stay only, wouldnt want to stay any longer than that.

Quality Accommodation.lack of communication between accor and hotel in relation to package inclusions.Views from rooms exaggerated.Longer walk to shopping centre than indicated.breakfast quality high but not buffet.

We thought the hotel was adequate but that the swimming pool didn't come up to expectations and it didn't seem very clean. Didn't notice when booking that there wasn't a lift. Room and bathroom fine but bed seemed abit tired. Staff all very nice and helpful. Very quiet location (we had upstairs room overlooking the gusts car park) with easy access off the highway.
