Id say thanks to kitchen team, especially chef Van. Shes so kindly, i was impressed of how she was taking good care my children when he got fever with congee by herself. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. I am also excited with the latest posting from the Official Page of Pullman Danang Beach Resort and guide me find the perfect items for my choice.

8 April 2024. Pullman danang beach resort is a huge beautiful hotel with beachfront access. We arrived early from Ba Na Hills to check in. We were warmly greeted by miss Hoai and miss Thao. We received fresh fruit juice as our welcome drink which taste fantastic. To our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to one bedroom cottage and we could check in earlier than 3 pm. It could not better than this to end our 5 days 4 nights first time Vietnam Danang holiday with my pregnant wife and our baby boy. Miss Thao provides information and helped to look for low chair that i would like to buy as souvenir. She has been thoughtful to make stay so comfortable and memorable. The hospitability of the staff at Pullman Danang Beach Resort is trully commendable especially Miss Thao. Wish to return to Danang for holidays in the near future.

Everything was great, but 2 things were best of all of my travel experience ever. First, we have a 10-months-old baby girl, all the staffs liked my daughter. Especially in the Kids’ club, there were 2 teachers named Tha’o and Thuy. We went Kids’ club everyday, my daughter was really happy at the space. The teachers were really professional, and liked kids really much. We’ve visited there after we checked out, but the teachers welcomed us very much. I really want to visit again Pullman especially because of the Kids’ club. Second, (sorry for I couldn’t remember the staff’s name) guest services were excellent. He took us from the airport, and say hello to us every encounter, and in spite of after check-out, he welcomed us just step by Pullman. It was our family’s first trip to abroad, I really satisfied that I chose Pullman Danang beach resort. I will be back again with my family, when my daughter can walk by herself. Thank you all :)

The Nang Spa is good. TI is best massager. I got refreshed. The facilities are clean and can be used in a variety of ways, including internal spa and showers. I only used a face massage because it was full booking, but I want to try a full body massage next time.

I went to make a reservation too late. Reservations are full. However, I was able to enjoy the spa with Diu’s help. She did her best to help me in a difficult situation and was so kind that I was touched. Thanks to her, I will be able to remember Pullman Resort beautifully. I had a foot massage at Nhi and it was really nice. I was able to forget the fatigue of the day and they were so kind.
