Bed was horrible, lots of maintenance needed

Dear Luke, Thank you for your constructive feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay due to the maintenance issues discussed in your review and at checkout. We strive to create exceptional guest experiences and are very sorry to learn that this wasn't achieved with your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding maintenance, as it has allowed us to focus on the areas needing attention in the apartment. Maintenace has since fixed the bed and brought it up to a much higher standard, the apartment owner has been notified that a review of the furniture is necessary, and a technician has been contacted to ensure that the dishwasher is fixed. We understand that these kinds of faults are disheartening to find when you are expecting to have an enjoyable getaway. Great location, property needs a facelift

first time at the Sebel, rooms are well equipped and the area is close by to food outlets, cafes, oceanview apartment has a great view. the downside is the property needs upgrading to maintain the sebel standard. front desk experience was quick and staff members are friendly.
