We deeply regret that the service at the bar did not meet your expectations. Providing exceptional service is a cornerstone of our commitment to our guests, and we are disappointed to learn that we fell short in this regard. Regarding the condition of your villa, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the odor upstairs. We understand the importance of maintaining a pleasant environment for our guests, and we are actively working to resolve this issue.
