Hello I dont usually give feedback but we are very disappointed in the service at our stay. First we had one person ahead of us and it took ages to check in despite already checking in on line. When we did check in at the end he asked if we drove and do we want to buy parking. I said we have it included so he looked and said oh yes we do. You have a package I have to re do your keys. Then I asked about the rest of the deal. He didn't have any mini golf vouchers so because there was aine behind me I said I would come back later. Later we went reception to ask where the pool is and I asked what the complementary amenity was as per the package and no one knew. So not sure what it was but didn't get it. Also still didn't know about the mini golf. Coffee machine at breakfast needs instructions none seems to know how to work it. We asked again about mini golf as we were going over after breakfast and I was told no one knows as there is no concierge management. I asked for the manger on duty and a man came out and just said they don't have any and he can't do anything about it. I said the children were told we would play mini golf we are going over now so can he sort it. He said no he can't do anything. So I told him perhaps he could call the mini golf place? I would suggest don't offer packages no one knows about. It was like I was asking for to much and spent so much time asking again and again with no one interested or able to help. Wasted time asking for what we had in our package it was very frustrating. Thanks Alicia E.

We have been there before as a family . I was surprised to see when we got to our room the mini fridge was I expectedly full of copious amounts of melted ice which ended up drenching/ruining all of our perishables that was holding . Despite being given a new room of the same design - I had to ask for further towels etc as that room was not prepped for 4 people.
