Room was fine … staff were excellent… but if you are at the”LIVE WIRE “ roof top bar … and you like a “Bundy” as a lot of Queenslanders do … well I felt like it was a “SAUSAGE FEST “ bar … unless you were drinking daiquiri or cocktail drinks … NO “BUNDY” …. NO “JD” … even if you are wearing a suit and your wife , a lovely cocktail dress … the feeling was … drink at the pub down the road ? … and next time I will … “

Room and hotel conditions fine. Attempted to call reception multiple times over a 4 night stay and not answered once. When checking in I asked about invoice being emailed to me as well as my booking agent on checkout and was told yes and then was refused when finalising account. Explained I am constantly chasing invoices which is time consuming even though it is my card is being charged. Extremely frustrating.

Hotel is well located, staff were helpful. Considering the price the room itself was dull, no hair dryer, and leaky mouldy ceiling in the bathroom. There are alternative hotels in the same price range that are fitted out much nicer. On positive note the bed was comfortable...
