"weekend away"

Rooms spacious and clean. Great location, shops are just a few minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. A great convenient place to spend an enjoyable relaxing weekend away with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately M on the point was fully booked so make sure you book in advance if you want to dine there. We chose a room over looking the water and it was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy a wine

"Weekend break"

We stayed for the weekend at The Sebel Mandurah , brilliant and quick check -in , and a huge room with lovely canal views. Unfortunately however, i had packed our swimming gear to relax by the heated pool and swim - the pool was not heated over the weekend, which was very disappointing. The hotel is in a great spot for walking to various restaurants, particularly the downstairs M on the point which has great food and live music on a saturday evening. The rooms are quiet , well furnished although it would be nice of there was another mirror in the room - only 1 mirror and that is the vanity one in the bathroom. We did find that fact that the smoke detector lights stayed on all night a bit of a nuisance - we reported it the next morning and the receptionist said that was normal. Great free parking next to the hotel or a choice of valet parking at $ 25 for the evening. Would go back if they promise to heat the pool !

I think this is about the fourth time we have stayed at your hotel and each times we seem to have an issue of some sort. This stay it was because there was no table on the balcony, just two chairs. When we pointed it out to the staff during our stay we were told it was because we were in a small room, however when you look at all the balconies from the carpark, ours was the only one without a table. I pointed this out on check-out and was told that in future we need to make sure we order a 'fully furnished balcony". Is that for real? How would I even know that I have to order a fully furnished balcony! I am now convinced that by being an Accor member I am treated disdainfully by your hotel.

"Lovely Location"

The hotel is beautifully located on the estuary, we had a marvellous view. It was fabulous to walk around the boardwalk and find places to eat and things to see. The Pool was lovely. The restaurant lovely too. I would expect undercover parking to be included in the room price however, I had to pay an extra charge for this. I would also expect wifi access in the room. It was available in the lobby area but you had to get a new login after 30 minutes, which is not convenient. We look forward to visiting again.

"Bonus night leads to mini vacation"

We had an evening function to attend in Mandurah and even though we knew it wouldn't be a late night and we only live a little over an hour away we decided to check out the availIty to use our membership bonus night. The night as the Sebel was confirmed. What a pleasant surprise to find this lovely hotel in such a fantastic location! We walked around the marina and dined in two if the many available venues in the area. We will certainly keep this hotel in mind for another mini vacation.

"Ideal if you dont need to stay in Perth"

An ideal hotel that represents great value for money for business or leisure. Well positioned in the tourist area of Mandurah, close to beaches, restaurants and free car parking. If you dont need to stay in Perth this is a fantastic alternative to staying in WA.

"A room with a view"

This is an excellent hotel that manages its customers with a minimum of fuss and bother. Parking can be a little expensive if you make use of the valet service rather than parking in the open public parking area near-by. Our concern on arrival and whilst unloading our vehicle about guests on a balcony speaking in loud voices using fowl language was quickly and efficiently attended to by the reception staff as soon as it was brought to their attention.There are plenty of different eating facilities of good quality nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

"Great Time"

Travelled to Mandurah for a retirement presentation which was held at the Sebel. Whilst the hotel does not have a restuarant there is one in the same complex together with a bar which is also in the same complex. Entertainment centre, cinemas and other restuarants are right next door.The facilities are new and the location is within walking distance of the City centre.
