Overall I found the experience excellent. The booking was easy and breakfast buffet a great price as we don’t eat much for breakfast and find buffets usually over priced. I thought the parking per day was expensive for guests of the hotel

Room service was unreasonably slow, multiple times we had to cancel the order because we had to leave. Orders were sent to the wrong room.

Fantastic Team who always make us feel like part of the Family which is one of the main reasons we always choose Pullman Hyde Park. Also it is a great stay for families of 4 with children enjoying breakfast with us which is one of the highlights of our trips to sydney. Try the Chia Pudding and Almond Lattes. yum!!
