The experience was better than expected. Pity that food offerings are so limited and that the dining area was full of individuals and families heating up their own meals and taking up the seating. Very eclectic mix of clients, some of whom seemed to be living at the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a tram station that takes you to the center of Edinburgh. It is also close to the train station.
