We have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions previously and have found the accommodation and the staff to be excellent. This occasion was no different. An upgrade was very much appreciated and a minor issue with our account was dealt with efficiently. It was our error and we appreciated the hotel staff’s diplomacy. We would recommend this hotel and will book again in the near future.

I will start with the positive: I was there for a wedding / food was amazing! No complaints from anyone Negatives: From checking in to the end was not a 5 star service, nor with the bill that we were charged! Firstly. I booked 2 rooms weeks in advance & when I arrived only one was booked by your staff!! I was also told I would receive a 15% discount & was quoted this amount because I was staying at your hotel. The lady on the desk was kind when we checked in.. but only had one room booked in (not 2). Therefore our rates we different for both rooms. I hate leaving msgs like this.. but I run clubs & hotels & I would be extremely disappointed. Also, your staff.. all lovely! But one.. was extremely unpleasant. Not only me picked this up, was mentioned by quite a few guests
