After a long day's driving was surprised to find reception staff smiley and friendly. Didn't think such things were important, but after 8 hours of driving realised the small things are important.

We had a great stay in the hotel for almost a week. A nice family room with 2 individual rooms and a bathroom, perfectly for ourselves and our two teenage daughters. Although the airco was working, it still was a bit warm in the evening, nights...

Betreft de airco, dit gaan we laten nakijken. In principe zou deze goed moeten kunnen koelen en ook warmen als de chauffagefunctie geactiveerd staat. Questionable hygiene. Toilet seat was broken. Hair dryer bag dirty and old. mold in the bathroom. the smell of cigarettes. the air conditioner does not work. The price does not justify the value at all.

Great Location, close to Leuven, any direction reachable by motorway. A lot of shops and eating facilities around, you can even go walking. Hotel itself also delivers snacks and drinks. Rooms are clean, nice wooden floor, quiet, good bathroom with nice warm water, very good at a great price, certainly for ALL members + the staff is very helpful and welcoming
