The location of the hotel is great. Next to Royal mile. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff was very friendly, especially Anna. We had dinner as well and it was very good, Katerina (our waitress) was very helpful. The reception staff was also very helpful, especially Myrto. She helped us book our trips and also gave us a lot of useful information. She made our holidays a lot better with her overall assistance.

The hotel is very nicely located in close proximity of the royal mile. The last day of my stay I discovered that I forgot to book the last night. I went on business, leaving all my belonging in the room. A customer had to be redirected towards another Ibis because of that. I felt very bad! Fortunately the staff was really professional, I had my extra night, and the issue was quickly solved. Thanks a lot for helping my out and for your understanding.

Issue with booking by the tour company that was very well handled by your receptionist who sorted out our stay. The bathroom door was terrible. It banged and crashed in opening and closing. No business centre facilities for computing work.

Best thing of Ibis South Bridge? The staff: helpful, cool and ready for you. Thay are friendly AND warm: not only the girls ay the recepción but also the people who works at breakfast AND dinner Time. Second best thing: breakfast, ir Is great. Something to improve: the lack ir telephone or WhatsApp (years algo, they used ir). Going to the ground floor when you need anything Is a setback. The rest is great (ir Is our fourth Time with you). Oh, the guy who rocks with the guitar is amazing
