There was dirt on the desk in the room and behind the door of the toilet (shows me that no-one cared for the view of the customer), matraces and pillows are hard, there is no toilet brush in the bathroom, service personnel in the restaurant didn´t know which beers are served from tab, while preparing the breakfast table with new utensils, crumb was removed from the table but ALL 4 chairs where covered with crumb... While checking out, no-one asked me if I hav a pleasant stay...

Nice comfortable bed. Bit noisy with being so close to the lift shaft. Toaster didn't work too well. Overall, nice friendly staff and good location. Car park a bit of a squeeze

Evening meal for a large group of us (17 people) - food took over an hour to be served once order taken. Waitress staff were polite and attentive. Front desk staff were polite and efficient.
