Great location for exploring London on foot and close to tube/station. Children loved the pool and although cool, once in it was very pleasant. Breakfast was great-good choices and refreshed regularly. Would stay again.

The hotel is located very centrally and gives fast access to everything. Also, it has a swimming pool and a gym. Other than that, it was too expensive, and the restaurant was not so good. The personnel seemed also very stingy “you cannot get that bottle of water with your voucher, only the small one”… first time I hear this! The room was small, some stuff was damaged, no upgrade proposed despite 10 years of platinum membership, but I suppose that is the new Accor house rule… will go the Marriott next time in London.

We stay at this hotel everytime we come to London. The location is perfect for us, jubilee tube station 1 minute walk and perfect for getting to Wembley stadium where we go regularly. The rooms are always very nice and clean and modern with switchable glass etc, nice swimming pool which my kids love 1 of the main reasons we come here, the price is very reasonable, breakfast is good and the staff are always great with us, very friendly, helpful and quick, I can’t say a bad word about this hotel and we’ve stayed here a few times now and coming back again in may Keep up the good work
