Great Central Stay

We loved our stay here as the hotel was in a great central location just a short bus ride from the airport, ten minutes walk from the train station and Corso Umberto where the old town streets are packed full of lovely places to eat and drink. Our room (with massive comfy bed) was spotless and spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with good coffee. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, would recommend 👍🏼

The hotel staff were very helpful, and no problems with the room. We were disappointed as had specifically booked this hotel as it had an outdoor pool and all the photos showed what we thought was an indoor pool. We didn't realise until we got there you had to pay extra for the indoor facilities and the outdoor was out of use - this was not explained on the accor app. Also app was not correct as no tea or coffee facilities in room as stated

The room was extremely clean, very large and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely nice and kind. The location is not bad: not downtown but at walking distance (anyway Olbia is not really a place to stay in).

I would never return to this hotel. The rooms need to be refurbished, it’s like stepping back into the 60s and the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor The staff are unhelpful and unpleasant except for the male waiter at breakfast. The pool looked like a pond with green algae and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2015 The breakfast choice is very limited and there is no entertainment and the area isn’t very nice The restaurant’s and shops are about a 15 minute walk through the run down area I wouldn’t stay here again

- Located next to the train station so not a nice view from the bedroom - Outdoor swimming pool is not well maintained at all - Old decoration of the hotel which need a good refresh and to be modernized - Spacious room and bedroom - Friendly staff - Fair breakfast buffet - Large fitness center (in which citizens have access - not only customers from the hotel) - Lovely spa (indoor pool is only accessible if you book the spa which required additional charge)
