The room was dirty, The hotel was noisy, There was an issue getting the parking validated. They charge for amenities that other hotels don’t. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Not worth the price wouldn’t waste your money

I always enjoy my stay at Ibis Shepherds Bush friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and location suits my needs with underground across the street including Westfield for a super Waitrose. Will return very soon!
