I had perfect stay in Novotel and I totally impressed with the hotel staff and cleanliness of the rooms and was impressed with friendly behaviour with floor executive mr ram Mohan I would surely prefer to stay in Novotel and would give kiddos to the hotel ambience

It was an amazing experience and I couldn't have asked for more. Housekeepers (Kaushal, Gajendra kumar , Sonu ,Rishi, Rajesh) were very hospitable , well spoken and took care of all my needs. We have problem with our card of door several times at few days....it was not resolve at first few times. and happened again. Prices in bar and restaurant are bit pricey . In India a lot of places have much less prices,restaurants and hotels at same level . Prices of room was much higher than days and weeks before and after our accomodation. Because of conference
