The family room is not as spacious as expected, we stayed on the Ground Floor so it's noisy during the night with traffic noise, can be hard to get a good night sleep breakfast was nice.

Beds shouldn't have wheels

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The reception, bar, staff were all lovely. The room however, the door when it opens into the bathroom makes it almost impossible to get in, out and move around the bathroom. But the worst was the bed being on wheels, I woke half in my bed halfway across the room. This is a pretty dangerous thing as well as leading to a terrible sleep. These wheels really need to be removed, lockable or placed on a footing that stops them moving.
