Very well located, within walking distance to Taka Plaza and Ben Thanh if the heat and humidity isn't challenging. The hotel is on a small footprint which can give the lobby a claustrophobic feel, but the hotel rooms are spacious, especially the Executive Suites that have a separate lounge from the bedroom, and also the convenience of a second toilet. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is also a very pleasant place to wind down at night with a cocktail or five.

My first stay at the Pullman Saigon Centre and I could not be happier. Location and facilities were excellent, comfortable bed and room easily kept at a nice temperature. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional, but a special mention to Linh in the executive lounge, who always smiled and called me by name each time I walked in. The hotel is a short walk to Walking Street for restaurants and bars and also a short walk to the Ben Tanh market to do shopping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Pullman Saigon Centre. We had lounge access which was fabulous...great breakfast, lovely afternoon tea which ran from midday and topped off by the outstanding cocktails served from 6pm. The food in the lounge was plentiful and delicious. We did have breakfast in the main restaurant a couple of times which was also lovely. ...special mention to the concierge in the restaurant and to the young gentleman in the lounge who went out of their way to look after my husbands Gluten-free requirements....very much appreciated! Our room was perfect with amazing views over Ho Chi Minh. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will be back!

On our honeymoon this was the third hotel we visited. The TLDR is, it was even better than expected. Check in was super efficient and friendly. With the executive room we got super swift sit-down service and a lovely room on a high floor. We were lovely greeted by letters, flowers and a small cake, which made us feel so grateful. It was a lovely reminder of our special day and why we took the trip. An extra thank you to the front desk and welcome team! The room was clean, spacious and although the layout was something we had to get used to (the bath was unexpected.) We got used to it quickly and used most of it. Housekeeping was prompt and super friendly, checked in multiple times per day even just for some fresh water. We very much enjoyed the quiet and amazing views of the lounge so did not use breakfast downstairs but the staff in the lounge and the quick service made up for the probably slightly smaller selection. All in All, highly recommended super friendly staff and very attentive service.
