"Superb seaside location"

The hotel is located by the beach, but far away from town to provide excellent privacy. We arrived too late for dinner, because of a problem with Eurotunnel, but the very helpful staff organised roon service for us. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay - we will come back.

This hotel is overpriced although located by the ocean. For this price, the room should be bigger, breakfast included, and the TV offer more channels Positive: Front desk person was nice and bed comfortable. Older look (70 ies?). The city is boring. Advice: drive north of La Rochelle.

Great position on the seafront. Great restaurant. Good parking. On the website I had no choice but to book a "Family Room" which sounded great. Disappointed to find the spiral staircase to the beds - double and single - so small that it was impossible for us to get the (big) suitcases up there. Also my husband is a big man and it just would not have been comfortable for him and the only bathroom was downstairs. Spoke to the reception person who let us look at another room which we took and it was great. Don't know why that room hadn't been on offer all the time. Staff were great. I would just be careful if booking the "Family Room"
