No cleaning, service at desk was un pleasant Good location Terrible bed

However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the hot water and your experience with our front desk service. Regarding bed comfort, we like to believe we offer high-quality mattresses and offer additional mattress toppers upon request to ensure a restful sleep. Regarding cleaning, we do offer a weekly cleaning service for longer stays, we are always ready to address any concerns immediately upon notification. Great place to stay especially if you like to feel like you are living in Berlin. There is also a Lidl across the street in case you like to visit grocery stores.

Great city living experience

I loved the way it was designed with compact city living in mind. A fold up bed and extending table were nice touches as was being able to screen off the kitchen at night. The cooking facilities and fridges were big. Bed is comfy it's a nice distance to the station and very well connected by buses. Its a great safe neighbourhood and there are 2 big supermarkets in walking distance as well as some reasonably priced restaurants and a fabulous gin bar. The only thing that let it down was messy people leaving bags of rubbish near the lifts instead of using the rubbish bins correctly and the weekend staff didn't tell us where bins were but we explored and figured it as well as using the hoover which we also weren't told about. On the whole a solid nice place to stay.
