"Clean and new economy hotel"

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. It appears to be very new, and has the feel of an economy hotel back in the States. The price was very good for the location. The room was small, but comfortable and extremely quiet. The food was excellent. I could not believe that they sold a lamb shank dinner for only 200 baht.On the negative side, the front room staff seemed constantly preoccupied with paperwork and it was hard to get their attention. We encountered one frustrating situation. At check-in, we were given a passcode for the internet. There were three computers in the lobby area. The passcode read 'Good for three days'.The next morning, I logged on and began doing business. However, after 15 minutes, the internet connection terminated. I asked the front desk staff for help, but I was told that I was only allowed to use the lobby computers for a maximum of 15 minutes. Period. I offered to pay for additional minutes, but they refused. In fact the girl got angry with me. I asked about the instruction 'Good for three days'. I was told that meant that I could use the 15 minutes at any time during the three days, NOT free use for three days. For the next two days, I walked past the empty bank of computers, on my way to an internet cafe further down the road. How frustrating.

the hotel is quite a distance from Nana BTS station. other than that, all other aspects are ok.it would be most ideal if wifi is offered free throughout with no restrictions.

A great hotel and central to the nightlife in Nana. The staff were excellent and rooms were great. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are small but sufficient. Mini bar empty. Wireless internet at lobby free. 5 mins walk from nana station. My room was in 7th floor, good view. Free tuk tuk service from hotel to main road. over all not a disappointing stay. Will stay again.

Accessible to and from MRT via frequent hotel transport. Active night life around hotel. Muslim food readily available.

"Nice hotel"

We choose this hotel because they accept pets in room and we travelled with dog. Hotel is basic, clean and rooms are ok. Breakfast was expensive and not worth of that money! Breakfast costs 210 Baht and is buffet; some rice, noodles, sauseges and warm ham, but no bacon and well done eggs (like scrambled) only half raw eggs (bull eyes) and my spouse got salmonellosis after we stayed there! I didn't eat eggs and I was saved... Beside buffet table was empty of fruits and juices and staff didn't take care of this buffet very well. We don't recommend to eat breakfast on this hotel!On a same street 100m distance you get similar breakfast at price 109THB!There are many lady bars and girl business on neighbourhood of this hotel. It may disturb some of travellers. I have been travelling 17 times in Thailand but never have stayed in hotel on lady business area like this before in Bkk. It did not disturb me, but I was surprised.

"Disappointment"

Unfortunately the hotel turned out to be 100% non-smoking - which did not appear on the web page. So had to move to Grand Sukhumvit hotel next door.I recommend Accor to clearly state which hotels have smoking rooms on their web sites to avoid such misunderstandings / annoyances.

"A Good Alternative"

If you are looking for a budget room with international reputation, this is it. It is clean with friendly staffs. Distance to BTS station is not too near but it's still OK. All rooms are non smoking. Many convenience stores are outside hotel. In fact it is just hundred meters away from tourist magnet.

"Inside the action, good value for money, International standard ( what you expect from IBIS )"

Popular surrounding area with good mood, the hotel is conveniently located off the flying train station.The rooms were clean, average size, bathroom a bit outdated with some minor leakage.The Lobby is in good shape with a nice set up.The team of management are helpful and warm.Recommended . .

"free wifi"

The room is clean but cant smoking.is no good for smoker like me.Just wonder why i paid for the wifi service in my room and it's expensive !! i just need a free wifi in my room. overall i am happy with service . i will stay ibis again if the wifi is free in my room will be good.

"My 2nd time at Ibis Nana"

The room was smelling of cigarette smoke even when I requested for a non-smoking one. Meanwhile I wish they was an extra pillow instead of one. Apart from those minor issues, the stay was a pleasant one. Love the convenient location and easy access to food.

IBIS BANGKOK NANA HOTEL situated in a great location just 5 minutes walk or 1 minute free service to Nana sky train by which you can reach wherevere you want to go in Bangkok.Hotel is quite and clean , room consists basic needs and staffs are rather helpfull.If you want an easy transport and clean place with modest budget, I recommend this hotel.

Staff and managers at the Ibis Nana were both friendly and helpful. The room was in good decorative order with tea and coffee making facilities. The Ibis hotel is centrally located near Nana skytrain on Sukhumvit Road. The hotel has a shuttle service to the skytrain, otherwise it is a 5 minute walk. I was impressed when I completed the hotel's customer feedback when I found out that my suggestions had been listened to and changes were made. My only minor criticism of the Ibis, Nana is that 500 baht deposit, per day, is asked for when checking-in and it can be used to pay for food and beverages during a stay.
