ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Botanic"

18th May 2012, David T, Runcorn

The hotel which is near the Botanic gardens and well worth a visit. The hotel is also a short walk from the shopping centre were a large number of eateries are situated. the Railway staion is close by so no long walks. The hotel itself looks like a small terrace buiding but once entering it you know how visitors to the Tardis feel as it is very large inside and consists of 6 floors the rooms on the top floor give a comanding view of the church steeple next door. I am pleased to say thet no bells were rung during our stay.

ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 4.0 out of 5 stars "St Pattys day"

22nd March 2012, Belfast, United Kingdom

while we all know that st patties day is a big dinkin day in belfast when you ae woke form your sleep a number of times due to people running up and down the corriors and slamming the heavy fire doors, while this did happen i was glad to see that when i did arrive a few members of staff did remember my previous stays altough the main reception staffs welcome was cold the other gent whom was working did weclome me back. now on the mater of the night sleep i and my partner was able to get firstly i my self spoke to the night staff about the complaint, in which they did respond to in a timely fashion and they did clam down the residents whom were making the noise thankfuly. Apart from that mild noise complaint i enjoyed my stay and would invite anyone i know to enjoy the simple plesures in this hotel in the near and far future

ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 4.0 out of 5 stars "On the whole, good"

9th February 2012, London, United Kingdom

Quite pleased with my stay overall, the only major setback was the price of internet - these days one surely expects internet access part of room fee, just like running water, the service at Accor was overpriced and low-quality.

ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 4.0 out of 5 stars "A friendly place to stay - decent restaurants nearby"

1st September 2011, stirling

Ideal place to stay when visiting Queens University. Rooms are functional and comfortable. Staff are really helpful. Easy bus ride from Belfast International Airport via Europa. Taxi from City Airport or bus works well too.

ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good but with reservations."

16th May 2011, TOOsie8, Northern Ireland

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ibis, it was competitively priced and clean. Ideally located for enjoying the buzz and restaurants of the vibrant University area and amenable to the City centre. Finding parking can be problematic here though and we had to circle for quite a while to find a space. This eased closer to late afternoon. The staff were very helpful. I needed to call reception because of noisy neighbours and within minutes I was allocated a new room and offered complimentary breakfast as recompense. The room was very clean with hairdryer and tea making facilities. Soap dispensers only in the bathroom and in the shower- no other toiletries but at the price I suppose this is acceptable. Our only problem was the hard mattress and pillows which really caused us both to have a restless night and proved to be the only down side of our stay. Breakfast was available until 12 noon and was of a very high standard with plenty to choose from.

ibis Belfast Queens Quarter: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent and cousy"

28th March 2011, Copenhagen

Very close to Queens university, completely new rooms and interior, excellent service. Just a shot distance from the bus termnial, where I took it from Dublin airport (2 hrs drive). Honestly, this should be rated as 4 star.

An excellent hotel with great rooms. Shower could have been a bit fiercer and the breakfast room was a bit gloomy!
