Hotel is close to almoust all atractions so family with baby in strolley can walk to most famous places, if needed tram and metro station is very close as well. Room was big enough so baby can crawl around. Big bed. In room you can find vacuumcleaner but no mop for wet cleaning. In shower glass is too narrow so water sometimes sprays out on floor (you need to think how to stand inside if do not want wet floor). Coffee machine with capsules, when those are over you can ask at reception. Special thanks to Diana at reception and Lyudmila at breakfast, the best staff hotel could have :)

They are terrible at explaining their policies, procedures, and what’s available, or how things work. They are very quick to charge you for misunderstandings, though, even when it is their fault. Be warned- you will spend more money here than the already overpriced rooms, which are far from welcoming, very sparsely furnished, and with poorly equipped kitchens.

Great location (but nothing else)

The location is amazing. If you book the room with a view probably you will have a great view of the river; if not (like me) well you will have a view of a wall with limited light entering the room. The studio room is tiny (in my case it was the one behind the fire equipment which it took space from the room making it even smaller). My shower was not drainning properly. The ventilation in the bathroom is constant going, you cannot shut it off, and it is very very loud (so I could constantly hear it in my sleep).
