Apart from the service of one staff member I had a stay from hell and wouldn’t go back. The local member of staff with long hair was lovely and very helpful on arrival and when letting us keep bags until our flight. Our toilet light was broken and although reported and told it would be fixed it didn’t so we were stuck using a torch on a phone ALL weekend. I also got no sleep from the bar across the road the Friday or Saturday and I was too exhausted the Sat to even go out at night because of this so a wasted night. Was told to wear ear plugs but this didn’t even help. Wouldn’t ever stay here again. Waste of time and money.

The location of the hotel was really good it was very central. Would be the place you’d stay for a night or two wouldn’t stay for any longer as very basic. Shower cubicle located in the bedroom and half of the shower screen was see-through. Toilet was through a push door next to the shower cubicle that didn’t lock and had a gap at the bottom so this room lacked any privacy.

Staff were excellent however our room was very unclean, vape stickers on the walls, matted hair around the bed legs and stained sheets. Was a shame as the location of the hotel was brilliant also but we would not stay again.
