"Second time and very pleasant"

Stayed at the Muse Bangkok for one night and this for the second time. The first time was great as well, apart from the fact that I needed to wait for 15 minutes until someone noticed that a car was parked at the entrance and people were unloading bags.Apart from this, all is great and the property is very well kept, service is great and efficient, friendly but still discreet.The location is outstanding on Langsuan and the Speakeasy is a great place to be.View management response »

"Poor Service at Front Office"

I had to wait for over 15 minutes when checking-in and almost the same when checking-out. It would not matter much if this is a 2-3 starts hotel but it is not the case. We were not greet by anyone, and were not inform by anyone of the waiting time. We were standing there like lost souls. I think that the hotel should step up their service during the peak hours, for example, increase more staff (if possible), offering the welcome drink to the guests and inform about the waiting time. Minus this very poor first impression, which is very important in this business, my overall stay was OK.View management response »
