Ibis Styles Berlin Mitte was a perfect location for a weekend visiting Berlin for the first time. We were barely a 1min walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Rosenthaler Platz) which made getting around Berlin super easy. Only a 20min walk (if that) from Alexanderplatz too, and there were lots of nice shops, café's and restaurants nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and nice and quiet, despite being onto a busy road. The staff were super helpful too, letting us check-in a couple of hours early and letting us leave our bags at the hotel for the day before our flight home. Would definitely recommend here for a first visit to Berlin!

Disappointed with the lack of breakfast variety at the hotel. Each day felt monotonous with the same fixed options, leaving little room for choice or excitement. Would have appreciated more variety to start the day on a fresher note. Other than that, it was a good stay, I was impressed by the hotel's exceptional customer service. The receptionists were incredibly helpful in providing directions and always greeted me with a friendly smile. Moreover, when I encountered issues with my room, they swiftly addressed them and accommodated a room change without any hassle. Their professionalism and responsiveness truly made my stay more enjoyable. Furthermore, I found it quite comforting that the room service team took the time to refresh my room DAILY. Coming back to a clean and cozy space each evening added a touch of warmth to my stay, making me feel truly cared for and attended to. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great about my stay. The hotel was located in a perfect location, right near and U-Bahn station and a close walk to many places to eat and drink. The room was comfortable and exactly what I needed, and the price can't be beat. The staff were all friendly to work with, and accommodating to my shaky German language skills. I would definitely stay here again when in Berlin
