Thoroughly enjoyed a family visit to Nice staying in this hotel. Very convenient location in the Vieux Port, near to the street markets restaurants in and near Place Garibaldi and the beach. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Lots of variety of food and drink at breakfast so each day starts well. Rooms had a proper clean every day so we returned to a renewed space. All aspects considered, the hotel definitely offers good value. We came away with very positive thoughts about our stay here!

Nice hotel right in the heart of Old Nice. Close to the dynamic Garibaldi square, easy to reach. The hotel is perfect to spend few days in this city. However the bar does not offer much to eat or drink, breakfast is very basic (but there is no extra cost for it rare to find nowadays). Rooms are basically equipped, no iron and no kettle to make coffee or tea. People from the staff are gentle and smiling.
Great location for site seeing Nice. 5 mins from the last stop on the airport bus. Loads of bars and restaurants just round the corner. Close to MUseum of Modern Art, beach, flower market, port, trams,
Reception was good and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement and was crowded (hotel does warn you of peak times) Location is excellent very near the centre you need to reserve the parking in advance (there is a public parking nearby)
Stayed here for three nights, the room wasn't very clean, with heavy staining on sofa and curtains. The room looked tired, and this is the way I would describe the whole hotel. Even the toaster at breakfast was oh sooo slow! The underground parking is woeful with little room to negotiate entrance and exit, I curbed my cars alloys on the huge curbs, which made me obviously happy. I have to say Ibis has gone down hill since my last stay
This Ibis is in a great location 2 minutes from the old port and five minutes from the beach and with numerous restaurants and bars around the corner. Rooms are fine, only issue I have is the green colour - why did someone choose this? Breakfast is ok with freshly squeezed orange juice! Wifi free and worked well.
The location was excellent and the staff were charming. Standards of paintwork and carpet were poor but a good stay and good value with breakfast incl. The free Evian in the room was a plus and we enjoyed the Haribo sweets.
Service at the reception has been good and quick. The persons at the reception were able to speak and understand fluent english, so communication without problems was possible. The change of the parking space (see below) was possible without problems 4/5. Cleanliness: Well, the hotel itself is clean. You never have those moments thinking they should employ a vacuum cleaner here and there. However, the walls showed some signs of erm - let's call it usage - which were painted over. On the last days they started maintenance work/painting in the 6th floor: 3/5 Value: As written above, the hotel room left the impression as if a maintenance painting was due about a year ago. This lowers the value, however, considering the price the hotel still rates 3/5. However, breakfast and parking subtract an additional point: 2/5 Location: The hotel is located in a small one way road close to the harbour. The convention center Acropolis, the sea and the old town are reachable by foot with a 10min walk. The small road reduces the traffic influence to a minimum, however, the buildings in this road aren't that appealing 4/5. Sleep quality: Excellent. Never slept like this in a hotel 5/5. Rooms: Neither small nor spacious. There is enough space to put things to for one person. If you are staying with 2 persons in a room this might change to appear little "tight". Internet access was working without problems. Heating/AC was working but not used since the outside temperatures were in the right regime. A major backdraw is the bathroom-sleeping room window. Rating 3/5 Breakfast: Ok, I have seen breakfast in many hotels. This one was a small buffet. A bit dissapointing. Subtracts .5 points of the value rating. Parking: It does cost 14 Eur / night. Parking spaces are tiny - really tiny. When I parked the rented Peugeot 208, I couldn't get out of the door. Had to park the car diagonal without ramming the pillars to get out...got assigned a bigger parking space when asking for it. The ramp from the street to the parking level is a pain. Scratched the rear wheel rim when trying to go up the first time. Another guest scratched the front bumper of his car (Peugeot 308) and the rear left wheel rim when driving down (I saw this). Be extremely careful here! Get a person to assist you with the distance of the front bumper to the curb and use both outside rear view mirrors to watch your wheel rims/the cars sides. Otherwise the curbs might paint you an expensive scratch on your car...
This hotel was just perfect for our weekend, the location was ideal and the room was spacious. The only downside was the receptionist on our departure, she could not have been more un helpful in getting our car out of the garage, I contacted Ibis via the website and to date not even an acknowledgement of my observation. This shows perhaps the problem is not only with the receptionist.
I have Stayed in Five and Four Star Hotels, This Hotel Was Just like Five Star Hotel, Near All the attractions, Walking Distance to the Old Harbour, the Location is Great Near Buses,Trams and Breakfast Was Very Good, and Guest can Have Tea or Coffee all day at at the Breakfast Area, The Staff were very Helpful and Nice is a Very Nice Place to Visit.
