Overall great, however breakfast menu should be updated as it got too repetitive over 8days. Also surcharge of 3% charged seemed ludicrous. In house menu is priced excessively and can eat out in town for much cheaper.

The experience was excellent, however, there was an unpleasant odor coming out of the pipe of the toilet. I think this needs to be fixed quickly and treated urgently in case foreign guests from outside the Pacific might experience the same issue. Overall, the experience was great!

Warmly welcome staffs with extremely satisfactory customer service. The room service is extremely well done as well. And the location and the beautiful views puts an extra attraction to Novotel Hotel. Indeed, i like the hospitality of that hotel. Very friendly staffs you can meet them and answer your needs whenever you are around Novotel Hotel. Well done indeed.
