staff was wonderful, but. we had booked an ocean view room and it took 5 days to get it. We went down and asked every day. The room once we got it was great. We had dropped a knife behind our chair near the edge of the resturant towards the pool, it took 3 days to see it was picked up. There was no information on what was around to do, when asked was suggessed. a great floating resturant for my birthday night.
