Disappointing stay

Instead of having a lovely break for a wedding, in a hotel that I thought would provide a feeling of pampering or luxury, I had to constantly housekeep. The shower had gungy mouldy looking bits on the shelf, the shower head was disgusting, there was NO soap, the verandah was unswept and covered in dead insects, the room service was not collected, there was no ironing board, we were getting ready for a wedding, my husband went to reception twice, it still didn’t come, we had to borrow one from the guests next door who we didn’t know, they kindly gave it to us. We stayed 2 nights and were so disappointed with the experience for the money it cost.

Our experience as with ALL hotels was great. We returned here for the second time as we enjoyed it so much in February’24. A big shout out to your first aid officer Bre who was great when my husband had a fall off his mobility scooter knocking me over in the effort.
