They don't provide pen in the room. And when i asked the reception, it took her 2 minutes to find, and finally come back with : Sorry, we don't provide pen. We only have pencil. I mean, What ?? Shower room drainage was a problem too.

The services of hotel, staff and hospitality is extra ordinary. But the hotel is quite old now and it needs renovation. Bathroom shower, taps are broken. Toilet flush leaking. Back of the bed is oily and have smell. I would like to stay here back but only when it is renovated.

The hotel rooms r in bad shape and this hotel offers very little value for your money as the room decor is old & damaged in many places.the mgmt is only looking for excuses and be given second chances where they perform even worse.Absolute Disaster they are

This hotel not really up to novotel standard in term of cleanliness. Dusty room and a lot of birds drops near the hotel room window. Public toilet at lobby also not well maintained and smelly. Swimming pool area also not in good conditions.

Lots of problems during our stay. Firstly very slow service. We were given our room with complete empty mini bar. Shower tap was not functioning properly. Flush tank was out of service. Whole night water was flowing continuously. Neighbouring room occupants were too loud and just didn't allow us a peaceful night.To top it all, our car was given in a very dirty condition by the valet and upon complaining they were least bothered to react.

Myself and my father stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a business trip from 5th to 8th May 2016. We opted for the ocean view room and got room 630 on 6th Floor. The room was clean and the view towards beach was wonderful. The toilet was OK and clean. Like other people who writes about the bad condition of toilet accessories, i do not want to go in detail as in one view you cannot notice any stains on the toilet fittings. If you look closer, towards detail (to find mistakes) its visible and i think the management should have checklists / inspections regularly to either clean or replace these stains or totally replace the fittings. The hotel breakfast was very good. But did not like the repeat menus everyday. Management to look into this again. The hotel has cafe / bar on the ground floor and was filled with girls & couples every evening with good musics played. Every sunday they organize brunch and it was very good as they considered adults (live songs) and activities for kids too (magic shows). Regarding the Hotel location, its just on the Juhu Beach and was earlier run by Holiday INN, renovated and changed to NOVOTEL... About transport services outside the hotel, you will find blue colour taxis that you find in Airports. They charge alot more than other taxis. They do not run the fare meters and instead will show you a laminated card with location and fixed fares (written as - approved by NOVOTEL).. I would recommend everyone to download apps known as OLA or UBER.. register using your email id and indian phone number with data/internet services. Its very easy. OLA was worth as it was cheaper than UBER taxis and good vehicles. All you need to do is open the app, the location will be pinned automatically where you are at with cars moving near your locality, you can check the fare by entering the destination, select the type of car you need, and confirm. you will get an sms as well as you will get information on the app about the car that will pick you up in less then 6 minutes. The driver will call you for exact location. Once you enter the car, you have to enter the destination again, so that the driver will start from there towards your destination. Only prime cars have free wifi internet, and once you reach the location, driver and app will show you the exact fare. You also get email invoice. For shorter distance travel, auto would be recommended as they are faster than cars in the city..
