The front desk person was pleasant, check in was easy we booked ahead online. Got up to the room and noticed immediately the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor so just to be safe I wiped the toilet seat myself just to check and it was definitely not cleaned by a housekeeper the day of our stay. I’m not sure how long the room was vacant but my standard of clean and theirs is drastically different. I took a shower and immediately noticed the black mildew along the caulking, the water did not drain which caused hair and muck from previous guests rise into the standing water from the drain below. After my shower I proceeded to walk out of the bathroom and noticed my feet were covered in dust/dirty so I used the towel mat provided by the hotel to clean the entire floor of the room and gross it was just not clean. Back in the shower i went, also the hotel does not provide hand towels or washcloths so if you’re staying here you get a bath towel and that’s it. To be completely honest I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the room but after a long flight and a 9pm check in we didn’t really have much of a choice and only stayed overnight and were gone on another flight the next morning. Thankfully the beds were clean, the linens smelled fresh and for that I was incredibly thankful, also the bed was quite comfortable, the central ac worked well, and I was happy there was a window to see the sunrise in the morning it didn’t open but that was fine. I gave the hotel 7 stars because it was not clean there was no ice machine or amenities. It’s decent if you’re in a jam and need a quick room for the night but for a longer stay there were many other hotels nearby with amenities and similar pricing paid $112.54USD for a room with 2 full beds. The room was quite small but did provide a good night sleep. I’m just incredibly thankful the room didn’t smell like sewer as Juarez in general tends to have an odor issue. We stayed at a different hotel near by that had a foul odor throughout the entire hotel and drains were toxic.

Too expensive for a poor quality of service! Rooms too small and beds too tough.
