The big swimming pool with a view on the Lumpinee park is fantastic, and so is the hotel team! Different room and suite themes contribute to guests’ delight. As a Platinum member I greatly appreciated the perks of the Club Signature and the special attention of Club Signature team: Nooo, Petch, Luktao, JJ, Tangmo, Georgia, Am, Quirien! They always welcome you warmly for check-in, breakfast, afternoon tea,… and handle all special requests. I will come back, once again.

There were a few minor issues with the room we were initially allocated . Blockage in the drainage in the shower meant significant flooding throughout. This was dealt with promptly by Aurra at reception and we were offered an upgraded room as compensation.

This is the second time of my stay. The hotel and staff service is always excellence!! This time i stay with my family and they are really like your hotel so much thats why i really need to write the thank you review for your team. Thank you all of front desk staff and executive lounge team special mention : Noom , Luktao, JJ, AM, Petch, Tangmo,Gorgia and Quinrien. Thank you for taking care us for this stay And also we did try the spa in the hotel and its really protectional spa ever !! Thank you for Saidon and Jajah to taking care of us as well.
