Not the best hotel from this group I have been. Very outdated rooms and basic interior. Bed was not comfortable. Didn’t feel comfortable at all here. Unfriendly service at counter

The staff was super helpful and gave us some pointers on visiting monaco. The hotel was clean and had a great vibe to it, even when we showed up with kids.

If they don't offer room service , they must offer in each room cleaning products. The bathtub is not safe, it's slippery and doesn't have handlers nor shower door which means the floor gets wet and slippery. It is unsafe. The breakfast it's pricey, doesn't have options. They should explain in the website all of this issues. They do not offer plastic bags for your garbage. Finally, you have to buy everything there or bring it with you. When we complain about this they said that happened because we reserved with Traveluro. I when to All Accor webpage and the aparthotel webpage and there is no explanation about the lack of room service nor cero existence of cleaning products. So, they laid to us.

Good location and good, spacious room. Bed smelled of sweat, which was unpleasant. Good value in comparison to prices of hotels located in Monaco.
