We liked that it was close to the metro station, two bakeries and a supermarket were in 3 minutes away, there were nice restaurants nearby (5 mins distance). Coffee and tea was available (the day we checked in). Instant coffee was available at the lobby as well as madeleines some days. Staff was helpful. Area was quiet. Toilet was not that clean when we checked in (for the management to pay attention for!) with a urine smell (should not be there!). Therefore, the rating is not above 8. Mattress were comfortable, pillows a bit soft for me, heating was working.

Friendly staff apartment was a good size , clean and very comfortable. A short walk to metro cafes and shops. Quiet area to get a good nights sleep. Gorgeous park nearby.

Enjoyed our stay. Very hard to find a 2 bedroom apartment in Paris and this suited our family of 4 well. Location is a bit out of town but there are two stations within walking distance. Excellent local supermarket at the end of the street. Beds were comfortable and the two showers were handy. Customer service was very good and friendly. No laundry facilities in the room but there is a communal laundry facility with a pay machine.

Despite a slightly cold welcome the member of staff managed to turn things around - she was eventually smiley and friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t have breakfast but the local boulangerie was recommended to us and didn’t disappoint.
