Fantastic But I booked a room with 2 single beds with a partition as my daughter has a disability and her carer. The carer wanted a separate space for privacy

Broken tables, taps and noise

Check in process was easy and efficient. Room did not meet my expectations. Both bed side tables were broken (the glass top of the table was not fixed to the stand). The tap in the bathroom sink sprayed jets out (I learned to stand to the side to avoid getting my shirt sprayed every time I used the tap). I booked a "superior King suite" for access to a bath-tub and a haridryer. There was no bath in my ensuite, and no room service or restaurant available on Sunday evening or Monday morning (this was indicated prior to booking so was not a surprise, but was unfortunate). The room was located on the ground floor, facing the street. It was very noisy first thing in the mornings with street sweepers and cleaners using a "blower" waking me up both mornings well before 5 am.

Hotel is in a good location and staff are helpful and the parking was really convenient. However we stayed in room 307 and the floor was so uneven and lumpy it actually hurt my feet to walk around. It's like the concrete underneath hadn't been evened out properly and it was all over the room. Also, the fridge has about 5 blue lights that stay on all night and because there's no cupboard door and it lines up with the mirror on the wall you have these blue lights staring at you all night and lighting up the room. Also, the corridor between elevator and room smelled really awful. Don't normally write reviews like this but it was not a great experience.

We stayed on a friday night and walked to the footy at adelaide oval followed by a visit to a nice bar in hindley street we really enjoyed our stay
