"Super Value for Money"
20th May 2012, MumbaiDarshan, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
We stayed at almost all the Ibis properties in Thailand on our honeymoon. We loved this property as this is bang on the beach and is a huge property. This property is super value for money as this is right on the beach and the beach is very clean. The pool and the facilities around this is much better than any other Ibis property we stayed. Very close to the Fisherman's village at Boput. This is quite far from the Chaweng beach but if you want to avoid the crowd, this is a perfect location.Special Tips for Indians: There is a restaurant bang opposite this hotel that serves Indian food by the name "Khana Sutra". The food is very good and is good value for money.
"Good value for money."

Stayed at this hotel 23 nights with wife and 2 small kids. Very good location a short walk from the beautiful Fishermans village. Great beach and nice pool area. Nice and clean hotel, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. The rooms and balconys are a bit small, but all in all, very good value for money.

"Top Notch and Great Value"
12th July 2011
This hotel has immaculate grounds, a wonderful swimming pool close to a beautiful beach and employs some of the nicest staff I have encountered. Being in Bophut Beach, it is a little bit away from the "action" so consider this if looking for Chaweng Beach atmosphere. But, if you are looking for a nice chilaxing spot, this is IT!

"Good for budget traveller"
24th May 2011, Kuala Lumpur
Room and location are good value for money we spend. Hotel located not far away from Chaweng beach. Room also consider clean with private beach and pool. Visitor also able to rent car or bike at Hotel cost THB300 aday. However, Hotel should provide shutter to airport since there have no direct public transport to airport except taxi. Even airport from hotel only about 15km but need to paid about THB400-THB500 which is not acceptable. We have stay at Coral cove hotel and found they provide free shutter to airport and ferry port.

"Great Value almost new"
14th January 2011, zboy-2000, New Zealand
I stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy with the hotel. everything looked like new so i would imagine that it is not too old at all. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. Rooms are smallish but have everything and the bed was comfortable. There is happy hour in the late afternoon and everyone is friendly and helpful. I found the Bophut beach was not as good as the beach further on at Chaweng, Bophut Beach had quite a bit of seaweed etc there when i stayed while Chaweng was calm and clean, probably because there is a break not far from shore to protect the beach there. But, it only costs $10 for 24 hours hire of a Scooter, so it is easy enough to ride down to Chaweng from the hotel. If you stay definitely hire a scooter, you can go to a lot of places quickly and for cheaper than a Taxi.

Ibis Bohput looked pretty ordinary as I droved into the compound and at stopping just outside the foyer I got down to unload my luggages. No bell boys to help but Ibis is a no frills hotel. Checking in was pretty up to mark and the receptionist helpful. It's a great start despite having to lug my own baggage. While waiting for my room to be ready, I took in the surroundings - clean corridors, well kept lawn ... pretty good so far. Another pleasant surprise awaited me as I opened the door to my room. It was VERY clean, white linen and all! The room was a tad small, the bathroom even smaller but space enough to manouvere around. My third surprise was when I stepped onto the balcony....I took it all in - the pool, beach, landscape, room. I had expected no frills, maybe worse, when I had to unload my own luggage from my car but my stay proved me wrong. I was happy and so was my son. The room was a tad small for my liking but for the price I paid, it's ok. Can't complain.
