The hotel location is extraordinary, in front of the river and at a perfect walking distance to the touristic center and st Stephen’s cathedral. Staff is welcoming and helpful, rooms are spacious and very comfortable, there is no noise at all in the room, the shower pressure was super good, internet was working perfectly… add to that the super minimalistic decor of the hotel and you have an amazing combination for a good stay

The location is ace, and if you book a room with a view to Stephansdom you'll wake up to a spectacle. Also the staff was exceptionally caring, friendly, competent. The only downside is that while the Wifi is fast and reliable the rest of the IT equipment is dated. Relatively small TV, no streaming service available, no wireless charger, and the Bose radio is not Bluetooth compatible. It feels like 10 years back while the SO otherwise looks and is up-to-date. So for the amount of money guests are paying IT needs upgrading! Would I come back nonetheless? For sure!

I would like to highlight the level of service. All reception team is exceptional. The car parking service is perfect, it was so pleasant to receive botteles of water for our trip. I would like to mention also the cleanliness and convenience of the room. Tasty breakfast with a amazing view. Everything was great!

The location and service are excellent, with a great top-floor restaurant with a fantastic view of Vienna. However, the room decor is sterile and not the usual style one expects from Sofietle. Also, the shower design in the room is troublesome, as the water splashes everywhere.
