This hotel is very basic, and I expect more for £90. First the positives: beds, although very small (definitely not 3ft wide) were comfortable, and the location was quite quiet. On the downside: tiny room, no kettle, no hairdryer, TV didn't work, no bathroom. There was a shower cubicle directly in the bedroom which was also broken (no holder for the shower head so it had to be held in the hand) and leaked all over the bedroom floor. I wouldn't stay again.

Great location, restaurants short walk away, lovely outdoor space with lake. Only let down by the size of the rooms. Would pay more for a slightly larger room.

Vastly overpriced for a spartan experience. I know this is a budget IBIS however the price doesn't not reflect the name of the hotel and you can describe the décor as utilitarian to be kind. There was nothing welcoming about this room, in fact I found it slightly creepy. We had an assisted living room but that does not explain why there was very little comfort; it reminded me of an abandoned hospital wing. The television is tiny, not the main purpose of our stay but surprising. I have given 1 point to the fact the bed was ok, not great but we slept a little.
