I stayed at this hotel with my partner and daughter while visiting Christchurch, and it was a fantastic hotel! The hotel was extremely efficiently run, with lovely staff. It was also clean and the food here was great! I had a pasta meal in the restaurant that was probably one of the best pasta meals I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten in a lot of Italian restaurants! The hotel boasts a great central location, too, so perfect for exploring the town. We also did a trip over to Akaroa and Mt Cook. I would recommend this hotel and stay here if I ever returned to Christchurch.

Hotel is in city center ... just besides two public paidparking spaces . Check in process was the most comfortable and so was the stay.

Good apart from only two towels in room for three people. Also asked for some forks and plates and waited half hour for them so then went to restaurant to get them and then five mins later room service showed up. Dinner was cold by this time

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was great. Only downside was the bar not being staffed when we went for a drink we waited about 10mins and then went back to our room.
