« No respect to the "Do not Disturb" Sign »

Although, I have the "Not Disturb" Sign, Mr. Hamza knocked my door and brook my privasy, when I opend the door suddnly, he had a key in his about to open from out side !!!!!!!!!!!! when I asked the receiption, Othman (I think his name) advised that he sent him to check the room one floor down mine but mistakely he went to mine - Missing a complet floor is questinable !!!!! I expected apologies only from Othman but not lying.

the hotel has nice position which is near the transports and resturant . however some of the food are not fresh and also you need improve your customer service i am more then happy to offer free check each time i travel to morocco thank you

Rooms, linen and wash rooms though small were neat and clean. Better to carry your own toiletries as hotel provided toiletries are of low standard. Not sure if the hotel is supposed to provide minimum complimentary Drinking Water every day.

« Good location, poor reception »

This Ibis is located near the medina, besides the "Gare de Casa Port" and not too far from the principal city attraction, the big mosque. They have a busy reception desk, but only one person working there. So, be prepared for some delay during check in.

« Excellent quality/price ratio »

Despite a few reviews complaining about the attitude of the personnel and the cleaness (especially regarding the bathrooms) I must say that this Ibis is absolutely aligned with the Ibis standards. I found very professional and available personnel, and my room was cleaned and put in perfect order as expected. The position is logistically phantastic, with the train station Casa Port just in front, the Old Medina at a few hundred meters and many good restaurants in the near proximity. It is true that the room furniture begins to present signs of usage and the toilets are still in the old Ibis style, but it remains an excellent budget solution. In particular, I've been impressed by the precision of the housekeeping and the smile and prompt availability of the receptionists. I'm frequent user of Accor hotels, and I must say that this is one of the best that I've ever seen under this point of view. Maybe I've been lucky, I don't know.

« A great hotel »

We had a 6 night stay in the hotel, and found the buffet breakfast to be good and just like any most European breakfast bars. The staff were great, the food at night was good too. The rooms were up to IBIS standards, the air con was slightly under powered, but would certainly stay at this hotel again.

« Bad experience »

Troubles during the check out. The room is not sound proofed And the people at the reception are not friendly. They asked me to pay taxes for row people even if I occupied the room alone. They insisted

« Excellent breakfast served by very rude people! »

we spent a comfortable night in Ibis Casa City Centre. I wished they had liquid soap dispenser (available in all Europe's Ibis hotels) but instead they provided a dry tiny soap that hardly gave any lather. Breakfast was awesome but the servers were not friendly and the lady at the Moroccan pancakes live station was rude. She turned her back to the customers all the time while she had a tray full of ready pancakes. I think she wanted to avoid giving away the pancakes in order not to have to prepare more! I had to say "excuse me can I have a pancake" loudly and more than once in order for the lady to turn her back and give me and the waiting people around me some pancakes!

« should be better »

Location is perfect casa port station and Medina is just a minute by walking. bed in the room was very hard, rooms and aisles smells moisture a little. breakfast is poor and restuarant-bar is not clean. wifi was very weak-slow. This otel is under than average of other Ibis otels in the world.

« terrible stay in such a group hotel »

I believe there was a shortage on shampoo and soaps. first day there was only 2 paper packed (around 5-10 ml) shampoos and one very small soap, second day they put only 1 shampoo and no soap. Room and bedclothes were dirty.

« Brilliant location, good hospitality,& tasty meals. »

This was my 1st time in Morocco & it was ok. It would be much better to provide rooms with boiler, shower gel & ironing facilities. However, front desk staff were friendly & cooperating all time. Thanks.

« Far below expectation »

I usually stay in Ibis in Dubai and in Jordan during my business Travel. This is my first stay in Ibis Casa. I could summarize my stay as the worst I ever stayed in any Ibis Hotel. Service, staff, restaurant and atmosphere are all below expectations even for value for money hotels. I do not recommend at all.

« Was better in the past »

Having been staying in this hotel several times, what I've learned check the room thoroughly if you want to avoid moving around during your stay. Hot water supply was inefficient. Great location of the hotel, so still a sensible option.
